Specification Matching Guide Between Flexo Press Parameters and Actual Printing Materials

This technical guide matches flexo press specifications with substrate thickness, ink type and printing pattern requirements, avoids parameter mismatch between equipment and production materials, and improves printing yield and equipment operation stability.

Unmatched machine specifications and production materials are the main cause of daily printing defects and equipment overload operation. Many printing enterprises purchase flexo presses with unreasonable parameters, resulting in unable to process ultra-thin film or thick corrugated board normally, which reduces equipment utilization rate and increases unnecessary production loss.

Substrate thickness adaptation specification is a key hidden parameter easily ignored in machine datasheets. Conventional flexo presses support substrate thickness from 12μm thin PET film to 4mm thick cardboard.
