Special water-based glue compatibility with flexo printing ink. The edge sealing water-based glue cannot erode printed ink patterns. Matching glue pH value and ink performance avoids ink dissolution and pattern blurring during gluing process. The glue drying speed is also matched with ink drying parameters to prevent glue contamination on printed pattern surfaces.
Window film tension control for transparent envelope window pasting. Thin transparent PET window film is easy to stretch and wrinkle during high-speed pasting.
