Automated flexo printing realizes full-process intelligent operation from prepress plate mounting to post-press rewinding, completely changing traditional manual parameter adjustment mode of conventional flexo presses. Core automation modules cover automatic plate mounting system, visual automatic register system, online ink viscosity control system, automatic tension adjustment system and finished product online inspection system.
Automatic plate mounting module eliminates manual mounting error. High-precision visual positioning camera realizes automatic plate alignment, vacuum adsorption and gap trimming without manual operation. The mounting position error is controlled within 0.05mm, which is far higher than manual mounting precision, and cuts plate mounting time by more than 70%.

Real-time automatic register correction system supports unattended continuous production. The system detects multi-color overprint deviation in real time through high-definition cameras, and completes automatic transverse and longitudinal register compensation without stopping the machine. It avoids frequent machine halt caused by manual register adjustment in traditional production, improving continuous operation rate greatly.
Online automatic ink metering and viscosity linkage module. The system monitors real-time ink density and viscosity, automatically adjusts doctor blade pressure and ink circulation flow to stabilize ink transfer volume. It eliminates color fluctuation caused by manual ink adjustment and ensures consistent batch color tone of printed products.
Online printed defect automatic inspection and removing system. High-speed industrial cameras scan full web surface synchronously during printing process, automatically identify stripes, dot defects and register errors, and mark defect positions synchronously. Operators only need to check marked defective sections after production, reducing manual inspection labor intensity.
Full-process
automated flexo printing workflow: automatic plate mounting → one-click parameter calling → automatic register startup → intelligent ink and tension control → online defect inspection → automatic rewinding and roll changing. The whole process requires only one operator to monitor multiple presses simultaneously, greatly saving production labor cost.
